PISTON RAM DN 230 AUTOX
Description
This DN 230 AUTOX piston ram is a core wear spare part matched for AUTOX series concrete delivery cylinders, sized strictly to DN230 inner barrel standard for full fit without modification. It works as the sealing propulsion core inside pumping cylinders, handling back-and-forth reciprocating strokes to push viscous concrete mix under continuous hydraulic pressure on construction sites.
It adopts a two-piece integrated build: precision cast steel flange hub paired with thickened high-abrasion PU composite rubber outer sleeve. The rubber compound carries stable hardness and low Akron abrasion loss, resisting scratch from aggregate sand and stone in raw concrete to cut frequent part replacements. The metal core’s reinforced rib structure avoids deformation under long high-load operation.
Machined flange mounting holes follow AUTOX original dimensional tolerance, enabling direct bolt-on swap during routine pump maintenance. No extra trimming or adapter blocks are needed, slashing onsite assembly time for repair crews. The uniform circular sealing lip maintains full contact with cylinder walls to stop concrete backflow and pressure leakage mid-pumping.
This ram stands up to harsh site conditions, including temperature swings and cement slurry corrosion. Its elastomer layer delivers good hydrolysis resistance, staying intact even when exposed to wet concrete and washing water daily. Actual field test shows stable service volume up to 16,000 cubic meters under normal pumping loads.
Supplied as complete single unit ready for installation, packed in shockproof cartons to prevent rubber surface scuffs during transit. It serves truck-mounted and stationary AUTOX concrete pumps, a cost-effective aftermarket substitute matching original performance for daily heavy-duty pumping tasks.
